Sports Days in Mountain Villages and Orphanages

We regularly run sports days in mountain village schools and as of 2012 an orphanage. The organisation can be quiet complicated as we pack all our equipment and prizes and often over 50 volunteers for a 2 day event and take it on the road to the location. Never knowing what to expect when we arrive, we can turn up to village expecting there to be around 80 children of all ages only to find that there are actually 140, it makes planning an interesting challenge. But the outcome is always that the children and volunteers have a wonderful if exhausting 2 days.
